Shipping FAQ


We make all of our items "to order" in our shop, this means we can get a little backlogged sometimes. There are only two of us, which is why we usually have a two week lead time to ship orders. (Customs take a wee bit longer.) This information was also listed in the item description and in our shipping policies when you placed your order.

Often orders get shipped out sooner than expected but sometimes they take a few days longer as well. Either way, please know that we're taking our time to make sure your order is perfect! You order means a lot to us. <3

When it ships, you should receive an email with a tracking number, so you'll know when to stalk your mailbox! 

Please know that once the package leaves our hands, we no longer have control over it. We include insurance on all of our packages, so if you do have trouble receiving it, please let us know and we can discuss our options. We want to make sure you are happy with your order.
